Student Workbook & Organizational Templates

Thirty-plus printable pages students actually use — schedules, subject notebook pages, portfolios, and reflections. Color-coded to the curriculum (blue=Math, green=Science, purple=ELA, amber=Social Studies) and cross-linked to weekly plans, subject supplements, standards, and the parent/educator forms.

How to Set Up the Year

  1. 1. Print binder covers + dividers. One 1″ binder per subject (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies). Print covers (1C) and four quarter dividers (1D) per binder.
  2. 2. Stock notebook pages. Print the suggested per-quarter quantities shown on each template card below.
  3. 3. Separate folder for portfolio + reflection. Section 6 (Portfolio) and Section 7 (Reflection) live in their own folder so they're easy to grab at quarter breaks.
  4. 4. Use them in cadence. Daily: subject pages. Weekly: schedule + Friday reflection. Quarterly: portfolio cover, best work, self-reflection, goal-setting. Yearly: 6E + 7A.
